The note component is a utility component intended for use by mod creators/developers. It allows text to be added to a gameobject. It has a gizmo to identify gameobjects in the scene that have notes attached to them.
This component has no effect in playmode, or when played from the workshop. It can be seen by those who use your mod as a template when published as an Unlocked Mod.
